The Teacher Licensure team developed three surveys to assist educators with identifying the correct application to submit for a license. All surveys are located on the Teacher Licensure homepage, and can be accessed by clicking here: Teacher Licensure (TL) (ksde.org)
The three surveys include:
Which License do I need?
Am I eligible for a license renewal?
Am I eligible for a license upgrade?
The surveys can be used by prospective and current educators who have questions about licenses. Based on the educators’ responses, each survey will lead the educator to the correct application form to submit. If an educator has an unique situation in which the survey does not direct the individual to a form, she/he will be given the opportunity to contact the Licensure team via through the survey tool to receive additional customer service.
If you have any questions, please contact Teacher Licensure at TLALicense@ksde.org for more information
