Final exams begin at Ottawa High School on Friday, December 17th; please see the schedule below. Monday and Tuesday are shortened days for Ottawa High School students. This will allow students time to study in the afternoon or see teachers wrap up first semester academics. Please encourage your student to stay at OHS as needed to receive extra assistance in the afternoons.
Lunch will be provided at 12:35 on our shortened days, and busses will arrive at 3:00 pm. If students do not have teachers to see and are waiting for a bus, we will ask them to sit in the Cyclone Room.
Please note, once finals begin, we will not call into classes to dismiss students early unless there is an emergency. Students are expected to remain in class the entire time. This will help maintain a positive academic environment for all students within the final exam timeframe.
