Ottawa High School will be offering summer strength and conditioning for all high school students beginning June 1st. Sessions are as follows:
Monday - Thursday
Session 1: 6:00am-7:30am
Session 2: 7:30am-9:00am
Session 3: 9:30am -10:30am (Incoming Freshman and new to weights)
***No sessions July 4th - 10th
If your child cannot make it to the freshman session due to Driver's Education, they are more than welcome to attend an earlier session.
